Prabhsimran Singh, the PBKS opener, smashed his debut IPL century – an impressive 103 – to help his team reach a total of 167/7 in 20 overs. In response, DC made a quick start to their innings and raced to 65/0 within the powerplay, thanks to captain David Warner‘s contribution of 54 runs.

However, Delhi struggled in their chase, managing only 136 runs and losing the match by 31 runs.
