There is a little denying in the fact that AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli are the best of friends. It all started in 2011 when de Villiers was roped in by IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Kohli was already the team’s skipper. Once again, De Villiers has revealed some interesting about Virat and Anushka Sharma during his interview with Gaurav Kapur for ‘Breakfast with Champions’. The former South Africa skipper said that Virat and Anushka were his neighbors in the team hotel at the IPL this year.

“We are neighbours. If it wasn’t for the mosquitoes here, we would’ve left our doors open and probably would’ve shared a big room. Anushka’s here all the time, my family is there, the kids are running around. The kids were knocking on his door, early in the morning waking him up. He would let them in and would have coffee together. They were so good with the kids. We spent hours in the pool together, everyone just jumping and diving, and they’re so chilled,” said De Villiers.

De Villiers scared of saying anything to Virat

De Villiers further revealed just how caring Virat is which has made him scared of telli?ng the India skipper about anything?. The Proteas veteran revealed how Virat arranges everything for him.

“I’m scared of saying anything to him now because. If I say like, “Oh, I like your shoes.” The next minute he organizes me those shoes. I’m like, “Virat, just stop it”. He looks after everyone. I was like, “My phone is flat again.” “Oh, you need a power bank.”

There you go. Now it’s mine. He’s ridiculous, man. I told him I like coffee the other day. Now I’m getting an espresso machine – he’s ordered on Amazon. It’s being delivered tomorrow,” said de Villiers.

Virat Kohli has revealed that Rohit Sharma is t?he funniest player in the current Indian cricket team.

Kohli recently made an appearance on a chat show, ‘Breakfast with Champions’ hosted by celebrity anchor Gaurav Kapoor in which he revealed the secrets of H??ITMAN of Indian cri??cket.

Kohli said while Rohit is the funniest among his teammates, the Mumbai l?ad also has the h??abit of forgetting things of everyday life.

“Rohit Sharma is actually one of the funniest people you will ever come across. If he has to address some issue, he will do so in his typical ‘tapori’ (Mumbai Street lingo) style, like if I have to say, there’s a lot of traffic in Lokhandwala. He’ll say, ‘There’s a lot of this over there’. Then we wait… five seconds, 10 seconds…’But it’s very this, man’. Basically, it is up to you to understand. I have said what I had to now it’s up to you and how sharp your brain is…I’m, not going to explain what I’m talking about’,” Kohli said.

“The number of things Rohit Sharma forgets, I’ve never seen anyone else so forgetful. iPad, wallet, phone…not the small things, but daily use essentials…I don’t care, I’ll get new one. he has no idea he’s left something, the bus would’ve travelled half way to the hotel and then he remembers ‘Oh, I left my iPad on the plane’. He’s left his passport also a few times. It was really difficult retrieving it. The logistical manager always asks, ‘Does Rohit Sharma have all his stuff?’. Once he gets a yes from Rohit then only does the bus departs,” he said.

Kohli, however, was all praise for Rohit, who holds the record for highest individu??al score in on??e-day internationals.

“Initially when Rohit was bursting onto the scene…we were all very curious because everyone was talking about his player Rohit Sharma. We were very curious because we were also young players but nobody was talking about us. Then during the T20 World Cup I saw him bat…and I just slumped on the sofa. That shut my mouth forever. When you saw him play you understood what people were talking about. What we are witnessing here, amazing. I haven’t seen someone time the ball better than him,” he added.

Hazel Keech, the wife of India’s dashing all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, is known to have very littl??e knowledge about cricket and she left her husband in split??s by committing yet another blunder.

This all happened during a digital talk show ‘Breakfast With Champions’ when TV anchor Gaurav Kapur visited the adorable couple at their home.

In the second episode with Yuvraj, Gaurav decided to have a rapid fire round with both Yuvi and Hazel. The hilarious moment on the show came when Gaurav asked Yuvraj, “When Dimitri Mascarenhas hit you for five sixes, who was at the non-striker’s end?”
Hazel Keech was quick to respond, “I would say Mohammad Kaif.”

This response by Hazel made Yuvi went out of the frame, sat on the ground and had a good time laughing at his wife’s blunder.

Later, it was also revealed that while Hazel didn’t want that part of the footage released, but Yuvraj told Gaurav, “If you cut that, I will cut my friendship with you. This has to go viral.”
