Williamson has officially retired as New Zealand’s highest run-scorer in international cricket, surpassing former record-holder Ross Taylor and finishing with an extraordinary 19,346 runs across formats. His record includes 48 international centuries and six double-centuries, cementing his place among the greatest players in New Zealand cricket history.

The elegant right-hander played his final international match during the opening Test of New Zealand’s ongoing series against England at Lord’s.
