The right-arm off-spinner returned to Chennai in 2025. Ashwin also led PBKS from 2018 to 2019, delivering standout performances despite the team’s inconsistent results. Apart from his smart bowling, Ashwin also have been a valuable contributor with the bat at times. So far in 219 matches , he has taken 185 wickets with impressive economy of 7.19. Also, the 38-year-old has scored over 800 runs, including one half century.

2. Sam Curran

Another in the list in English all-rounder Sam Curran, he has been a dynamic force for both teams. He played for PBKS in 2019 and from 2023 to 2024, excelling with his swing bowling and lower-order batting. For CSK, Curran featured from 2020 to 2021 and rejoined in 2025, with notable all-round contributions, especially in the 2021 season where he delivered various match winning performances. So far, Curran has over 900 runs and 58 wickets in the IPL.
3. Deepak Hooda

All-rounder Deepak Hooda rounds up the list, playing for PBKS from 2021 to 2022, he joined CSK in 2025. Hooda is known for his explosive batting and occasional off-spin bowling. However, the destructive batter is having a disastrous time with the bat in IPL 2025. In 4 matches he played so far, the right-hander managed to score only 29 runs.
