Gujarat Giants (GG) registered a comprehensive six-wicket victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the 12th match of the at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Thursday, February 28. The game saw some intense moments, including a sensational yorker by Kashvee Gautam that knocked over Richa Ghosh, further tilting the match in Gujarat’s favour.

RCB had a rocky start as they lost early wickets, making it difficult for them to build momentum. Wickets at regular intervals never allowed them to break free, despite efforts from Kanika Ahuja, who top-scored with 33 runs. Richa, attempting an off-side drive, failed to bring her bat down in time, resulting in the ball crashing into the off-stump. The Giants’ bowler erupted in celebration as the crowd acknowledged her brilliance. G🍌hosh departed after scoring 9 runs off 10 balls, including one six, leaving RCB struggling to post a competitive total.
