DLS rules for Knockout games
A crucial change for knockout matches is that the team batting second must play at least 25 overs for the DLS method to determine a result. This is different♔ from the group stage, where the minimum overs requ๊ired for a result is 20.
What happens in case of a washout?
If a semi-final ends without a result due tꦬo bad weather, the ꦓteam that finished higher in the group stage will advance to the final. In the final, if the match is completely washed out, the trophy will be shared between the two finalists.
