The utter domination of West Indies against Bangladesh on their tour to the Caribbean continues as the home side shatters Bangladeshi hopes of making a comeback in the 3-match T20I series. At the centre of the remarkable performance from the West Indies is spinner Afy Fletcher’s lethal spell in which she took 2 wickets for 21 runs. The highlight of her emphatic performance in the 2nd T20I was her stunning delivery to Fahima Khatun which sent her black to the ๊pavilion further hurtin🔴g Bangladesh’s run chase.

Afy Fletcher gets Fahima Khatun’s wicket with a jaffa

The Caribbean spin wizard bowled the stunning delivery on the 12th over of the Bangladesh innings as they were struggling during the run-chase of a mammoth 202 runs in 20 overs set by the home side. Khatun had arrived on the pitch only recently after Sharmin Akhter was sent back to the pavilion by Ashmini Munisar.

On the very second delivery of her innings, Fletcher bowled an absolute beauty which pitched on middle-and-leg-stump to turn ไinwards further and hit the wicket in an empathic manner thus dismissing Khatun on a duck.

The dismissal further❀ annihilated any chance Bangladesh had of a counter-attack in the match and furওther exposed their tailenders in front of the disciplined bowling effort of the Windies bowlers. Bangladesh were 6 down for just 60 runs at the time of Khatun’s dismissal.
