Pathirana grabbed the Player of the Match award for his deadly bowling. Colombo Strikers beat Galle Marvels
The match𝐆 took place at R. Premadasa Stadium where Colombo Strikers won the toss and opted to bowl first.
The Galle Marvels struggled to post an above-par score, with only the impactful batting of Tim Siefert and Bhanuka Rajapaksa contri๊buting to at least a match-prevailing 💫total. Both managed to score 44 and 35 runs, respectively.
In response, the Colombo Strikers got a good start thanks to Rahmanullah Gurbaz’s attacking approach. Muhammad Waseem scored 50, whereas Glenn Phillips played an anchor role alongside Sadeera Samarawickrama, which finally took them to steady victory, with them standing third oꦐn the tꦜable.
