Aaron Jones was the star of the match with an unbeaten 40-ball 94, guiding USA to victory. Jones’s innings was a spectacular display of power-hitting, as he smashed 10 sixes and 3 fours. His performance set a new record for the most sixes by a USA player in a T20I, second only to Chris Gayle‘s record in T20 World Cups.
The monumental 103-meter six
A highlight of Jones’s innings was a colossal 103-meter six off Dillon Heyliger. This incredible shot ♍occurred on the fifth ball of the 11th over during USA’s chase. Heyliger delivered a slower off-cutter on a good🐷 length, which Jones muscled high over mid-wicket, sending the ball out of the ground.

Canada sets a high target
Canada, after being put into bat, posted a challenging total of 194/5 in their 20 overs. Opener Navneet Dhaliwal and batter Nicholas Kirton were the key contributors with the bat, each scoring impressive half-centuries. Dhaliwal made 61 off 44 balls, wh♛ile Kirton contributed 51 from 31 deliveries.
