The second season of USA’s Major League Cricket (MCL) kicks off on July 5, just a week after the ongoing ICC T20 World Cup 2024 and cricket fans are buzzing with anticipation.
On Tuesday, the official list of all international signings was disclosed🏅 by the MLC CEO Vijay Srinivasan in a media release.
Returning stars light up the league
Six🐼 MLC franchises were allowed to retain a total of 23 overseas players from the inaugural season. Here are some of the big names returning to enthral 🉐audiences:

Fresh faces joining the fray
A slew of Australian superstars including Pat Cummins, Glenn Maxwell and Marcus Stoinis are set to feature in the MLC this year.
“Signing a world-class player like Pat Cummins is a testament to the calibre of talent the league is attracting, underscoring our global impact and the success of the inaugural season,” said Srinivasan in a press release.
“It elevates the level of competition fans will get to see and experience on home soil and showcases our commitment to bringing the top-tier players in the world to play in America’s very own league,” he added.
