During the run chase, Australian batter Jake Fraser-McGurk showcased his prowess for DC at the start, but his promising knock of 21 runs from 8 balls met an unfortunate end. He fell victim to a run-out at the non-striker’s end by Yash Dayal on the second ball of the third over. A shot played by Shai Hope directed the ball straight back to the bowler, whose contact with it resulted in the stumps at the non-striker’s end being shattered.
