Many players have clinched the Player of the Match award for KKR, but Sunil Narine recently matched Andre Russell‘s record for the most POTM awards won for KKR during their match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).

Topping the list with an impressive tally of 15 Player of the Match awards, Russell known for his explosive batting and handy bowling, has showcased his꧙ prowess in 116 matches for KKR, amassing 2424 runs at a staggering strike rate of 172. His performances have not only set stadiums ablaze but have also yielded 109 crucial wickets for the team.
2. Sunil Narine
Narine, a spin maestro, clinched 15 Player of the Match awards. Throughout his IPL journey of 173 matches, he has remained loyal to KKR, showcasing consistent brilliance. Accumulating 1507 runs and an impressive tally of 177 wickets, Narine’s all-round prowess has been indispensable to KKR’s success over the years.

3. Gautam Gambhir
Following closely behind, former KKR captain Gautam Gambhir holds the third position with 10 POTM awards to his name. Gambhir’s leadership ability, combined with his batting prowess, steered KKR to two IPL titles during his tenure. In his 108 appearances for the franchise, Gambhir amassed 3035 runs, including 27 fifties, leaving an indelible mark on KKR’s IPL legacy.
4. Yusuf Pathan
Close on his heels is the formidable all-rounder Yusuf Pathan, who secured 7 Player of the Match awards while representing KKR. Pathan, celebrated for his knack for shifting the game’s momentum with his dynamic batting and useful off-spin, featured in 106 matches for KKR. He made significant contributions with the bat and ball, amassing 1893 runs, including 7 half-centuries and claiming 21 wickets for the team.
