Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni recently revealed his favorite destination for international escapes, the United States of America. Despite the USA’s well-known allure with its breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural tapestry, Dhoni has found solace in a particular corner of the country.
MS Dhoni reveals reason for his preferred place
During a promotional event for CSK, Dhoni shared that New Jersey occupy a unique spot in his travel repertoire. The cricket icon explained that he regularly visits the Garden State to relax at a friend’s residence. Their time together typically involves extended sessions of golf, interspersed with lavish meals, creating cherished moments of camaraderie.
When asked why the USA is his favourite spot, Dhoni simply replied, “We play golf for four and a half hours, and then we sit, we eat food, and we do the same thing the next day. So doing nothing, just playing golf, having food for 15-20 days and then the club has a member-member tournament over there, so we participate in the tournament and come back. But for me, that is the best 15-20 days. Doing nothing, only playing golf and eating food.”
