Azam’s cricketing journey
Azam was the standout performer in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), having participated in a commendable 53 matches. Throughout his PSL journey, he showcased remarkable consistency, amassing a total of 1138 runs with an average of 23. Notably, Azam has also taken on the crucial role of wicketkeeper for his team, Islamabad United, settin🍎g a new record in the 2024 season with the ꧑highest number of dismissals (10) by a wicketkeeper.
Transitioning to the international stage, Azam made his debut in 2021 against England, primarily showcasing his skills in the shortest format of the game.
