However, it was the sensational performance of Yash Thakur that turned the tide in favor of the Lucknow Super Giants. Thakur’s devastating spell of bowling yielded him an impressive 5 wickets, while conceding 30 runs in 3.5 overs. His ability to consistently pick up wickets rattled the Gujarat Titans’ batting line-up and played a pivotal role in his team’s victory.
Krunal Pandya also made significant contributions with the ball, scalping 3 wickets for a mere 11 runs in his 4 overs. His economical bowling and crucial breakthroughs further enhanced the pressure on the opposition. Despite efforts from Rahul Tewatia, Gujarat Titans fell short, getting bowled out for 130 runs inཧ 18.5 overs.
