Sarfaraz’s potential debut: A chance to shine against England
After years of dedicated toil in the domestic circuit, Sarfaraz has finally received his maiden call-up for the upcoming second Test in the ongoing five-match series against England. This opportunity arose following the unfortunate injuries to key players, Ravindra Jadeja and KL Rahul, who were ruled out due to h💖amstring and right quadriceps injuries, respectively.
The Indian selectors responded by including Sarfaraz, along with left-arm spinner Saurabh Kumar and all-rounder Washington Sundar, in 🍌the squad. With Kohli also unavailable, the stage is set for Sarfaraz to potentially make his debut in the absence of these key players.
