Despite his efforts, the Sixers faced some quick wickets, with Jamie Overton leading the Strikers’ bowling attack by taking three crucial wickets for 23 runs in his four overs.

Sixers register a heart-stopping win
In response, the Adelaide Strikers had a shaky start, losing D’Arcy Short early in the innings. However, Matthew Short and Chris Lynn steadied the ship with aggressive strokꦉes. The Sixers’ bowlers fought back, with Jackson Bird picking up two 🔯crucial wickets for 19 runs in his four overs. Henriques also played a pivotal role, claiming two wickets for 11 runs in his two ove✱rs. In a nerve-wracking finish, the Strikers needed 17 runs off the final over to win. They did well to get close to the finish but fell just one run short of the target.
