“I’ve had three, four close friends in the dressing room. I made my debut for India alongside Zaheer Khan,” said Yuvraj on TRS podcast.
Delving further into the roots of his friendships, Yuvraj pointed out the connections he established during his formative years in Indian cricket. Having played Under-16 and Under-19 cricket, Yuvraj developed strong bonds with Harbhajan Singh (Bhajji), Ashish Nehra, Virender Sehwag (Viru), and Gautam Gambhir (Gauti).
“I’ve played Under-16 and Under-19 with Bhajji (Harbhajan Singh). I’ve played domestic cricket with Ashish Nehra. I’ve played Under-19 with Viru (Virender Sehwag) and Gauti (Gautam Gambhir). So this batch is quite close to each other,” Yuvraj shared, highlighting the u🌸nique camaraderie formed during their younger days.

“We often meet. Some of us play golf as well, including Ajit Agarkar and Sachin Tendulkar,” Yuvraj added, 🔯showcasing the multifaceted nature of their friendships.
