Key contributions came from Litton Das, who scored 66 runs off 82 balls, and the aggressive Tanzid Hasan, who made 51 runs off 43 balls. Mahmudullah‘s quickfire 46 runs off 36 balls, and Mushfiqur Rahim‘s 38 off 46 helped further bolster the innings.

India’s bowlers fought back well and put up a commendable performance despite a decent start from opposition batters, with Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja claiming two wickets each.

In reply, India showcased a dominant batting display. Virat Kohli was the star of the show and scored a magnificent century with 103 runs off 97 balls, which included six fours and four sixes. He received valuable support from opener Shubman Gill, who contributed 53 runs, and KL Rahul, who added 34. With only three wickets down, I😼ndia comfortably reached the target with 8.3 overs to spare, sealing the victory.

Virat’s remarkable century earned him the well-deserved “Player of the Match” award as India registered their fourth consecutive win in the tournament.
