According to a Pune Mirror report, the 36-year-old cricketer was caught pushing the limits of his Lamborghini, consistently exceeding speeds of 200 kilometres per hour, with a peak speed of 215 kilometres per hour, during his journey from Mumbai to Pune, where he had to join his fellow teammates in preparation for the ongoing encounter♏.
Sources within the traffic police department expressed concern over the right-handed batter’s choice to drive at such high speeds on the highway. They recommended that he opt for a safer mode of travel, such as utilizing the team bus, which a police escort for added security would accompany.
