It was during this time Shoaib took a jibe at Team India by taking to X (formerly Twitter) and writing, “Wah re yeh khamosh chokkay!!” referring to the silence in the stadium on boundaries being hit by Pakistan batters. However, Shoaib’s tweet didn’t last long as Pakistan’s line-up soon fell like a house of cards in no time, and they were bundled out for just 191.

Virender Sehwag’s savage response to Shoaib Akhtar
Known for his witty and pinpoint responses, Sehwag didn’t let the opportunity go away and came up with a savage reply to Shoaib following Pakistan’s disastrous batting collapse and wrote, “Shayad khamoshi ke chauke dekhkar Pakistani batsman ne jaldi jaldi pavillion lautne ki thaan li.
