Earlier in the day, Shami removed inform batter Mitchell Marsh on the fourth delivery of his first over.
Making his return to the playing XI, Shami bowled a delivery outside the off-stump, causing Marsh to have a got at it. The catch was cleanly taken by Shubman Gill at the first slip. Marsh’s brief stay at the crease concluded as he just managed to score 4 runs from 4 balls before heading back to the pavilion.
