Mark Chapman and James Neesham will miss the action due to personal reasons

While the return of Boult and Jamieson bolsters New Zealand’s prospects, a few players will miss out on the ODI series due to various reasons. Michael Bracewell, an instrumental all-rounder, is currently on th🎶e path to recovery foll🔥owing surgery for a ruptured Achilles tendon in June.

Bracewell’s absence will undoubtedly be felt, but the team’s well wishes for his recovery are resolute. Mark Chapman and James Neesham, prominent figures in the New Zealand setup, will also sit out the ODI series as they await the arrival of their firꦏst children.

As the squad takes shape, some players will embark on different journeys. Leg-spinner Ish Sodhi is set to return home after the T20I series against England to spend quality time with his family. Meanwhile, the indomitable Kane Williamson will join the squad during the England tour to engage in training and continue his reh🌳abilitation after undergoing surgery for a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament. Tom Latham, the experienced campaigner, will continue to lead the side, providing stability and leadership.

Gary Stead, the head coach of the New Zealand cricket team, expressed his delight at the squad composition. He acknowledged Jamieson’s dedicated efforts during his rehabilitation and looked forward to witnessing him perform on the international stage once again. Stead also hailed Boult’s return as a crucial step towards the team’s preparations for the World Cup, emphasizing the significance of his experience and skill.
