Notably, the England cricket team’s commitment to the batting approach known as ‘Bazball’ has been testing the patience of former players and fans alike, especially after another careless display with the bat in the second Test against Australia. Despite a promising position at 278/4, England slumped to 325 all out, conceding a crucial first-innings lead of 91 runs to Australia.

The tourists, meanwhile, ended the third day with a score of 130/2, establishing a substantial lead of 221 runs over the home side.
