The devastating collision of three trains in Balasore, Odisha has resulted in nearly 3𓆉00 fatalities and over 900 people s🌠ustaining injuries.
This tragic incident unfolded when the Coromandel Shalimar Express, a passenger train en route to Chennai, derailed and collided with a goods train, causing several coaches to overturn. Subsequently, the Yesvantpur-Howrah Superfast train crashed into the derailed coaches of the two aforementioned trains. Both trains were operating at high speeds🔯 at the time of the collisions. Regrettably, this has become one of the deadliest train accidents in Indian history, occurring around 7 pm in the evening when many passengers were asleep.
