Rajasthan Royals’ (RR) star opener Yashasvi Jaiswal etched his name into the history books by smashing the fastest-ever fifty in Indian Premier League (IPL). Yashasvi’s record feat came in the 56th match of IPL 2023 against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Eden Gardens on Thursday (May 11). The left-hꦜanded batter’s exploit g💧uided Rajasthan to a convincing nine-wicket victory over the Kolkata-based team in the contest.

Asked to bat first, KKR started slow and could manage to set a target of 149/8 for RR in their allotted 20 overs. Venkatesh Iyer was the top scorer for his team, with 57 runs off 42 balls.
