South Africa will take on West Indies in the limited-overs series featuring three One-Day Internationals ꧑(ODIs) and as many T20 Internationals (T20Is), starting Thurඣsday (March 16) in East London.

Both sides recently faced each other on the Test series, where the hosts registered a clean sweep after defeating the visitors 2-0.

South Africa and West Indies are looking for a direct entry to the ODI World Cup, which i🔯s scheduled to take place in India later this year. However, this series will not play any role in this context. Notably, the top eight in the ODI Super League standings earn a direct entry into the upcoming ꧋World Cup. Currently, the Caribbean team is in eighth position, while South Africa are in ninth place.
