In response, Heat managed to reach the target in 18.2 overs with 4 wickets remaining. Michael Neser, who bagged a couple of scalps with the ball, shined with the bat as well and was the standou🐟t performer for the Heat. He scored an unbeaten 48 off 32 balls with the help 7 fours to steer Heat into the finals.

“Amazing! That was a tough game in the end, they are a class team. It was quite tricky to get the pace of the wicket, fortune favours the brave. Everyone contributed throughout the tournament, and thankfully it was me this time. I thought that was the opportunity to take the game with the surge, took a punt, and it worked out. We are peaking at the right time in the tournament. Anything can happen in the final. (On Perth Scorchers) They are a class team and are well-drilled, it is going to be tough, no doubt, but we are playing well,” said Neser after bagging the Player of the M🌳atch award.
