An all-round effort with both bat and ball propelled India to clinch the series with a clinical 59-run triumph over West Indies in th🗹e fourth T20I of the ongoing 5-match series at the Central Broward Reg🌼ional Park in Lauderhill, Florida on Saturday (August 6).
Rishabh Pant top-scored with 44 off 31balls while others 𓂃also chipped in with valuable contribution as India posted ꦫan imposing 191/5 on the board after being asked to bat.
In response, the hosts kept losing wickets and were eventually skittled out for 132, to lose the contest by 59 runs. Arshdeep Singh was the pick of the bowler for the tourists, claiming a career-best 3 for 12 whereas Avesh Khan (2/17), Ravi Bishnoi (2/27) and Axar Patel (2/48) bagged two wickets apiece.
“I think it was pleasing how we played the game. The conditions were not easy but we got to a good score. A lot of thought went in on how we batted and it was pleasing to see. The pitch was quite slow which our bowlers used to their advantage. I thought 190 was a good score, but with the kind of batting that WI have, no score is good. We played good cricket to get the win today. The batters were really smart and the bowlers bowled in pairs to get wickets. It put the brakes on their scoring,” said Indian captain Rohit S꧒harma i💮n the post-match presentation.

The West Indies will be dis꧟appointed with what they have put up. The 💝whole is far lower than the sum of the parts.
