In the Eliminator of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated♚ Lucknow Super Giꦓants (LSG) by 14 runs. RCB will now meet Rajasthan Royals (RR) in Qualifier 2.

Chasing a massive target of 208, Lucknow lost two wickets at 41 in 4.3 overs before captain KL Rahul and batter Deepak Hooda partnered to steady the ship. The duo went on t⛄o add aꦑ crucial stand of 96 runs for the third wicket.

As Lucknow looked set to cruise through, the Challengers came back in the game with two quick wickets in the form of Hooda (45) and Marcus Stoinis (9).
