Mohsin Khan’s excellent spell of 4/16 turned out to be the difference as Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) beat Delhi Capitals (DC) by si🐽x runs in a last-over thriller at Wankhede Stadi🅘um in Mumbai on Sunday afternoon.
Mohsin accounted for the dangerous David Warner, explosive wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant, big-hitter Rovman Powell and fast bowling all-rounder Shardul Thakur in his top-class four overs spell. Few lusty blows from Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav did take the match to the final over, but LSG sensed a win when Mo🌼hsin dismissed a rampaging Powell for 35 (21).
Earlier, LSG posted an impressive 195-3 on the board after opting to bat first. Their skipper KL Rahul continued his impressive form with 51-ball 77, and along with Quinton de Kock (23 off 13), Deepak Hooda (52 off 34) guided L💖﷽ucknow to a huge first-innings total.
