Opening batter Mayank Agarwal haꦓs joined the Indian squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against West Indies after several positive COVID-19 results.
Shikhar Dhawan, Navdeep Saini, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Shreyas Iyer all returned positive results in the COVID-19 testing. Apart from the players, coaches T. Dilip and B. Lokesh, and massage therapist Rajeev Kumar h𒆙ave also been tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
All play🎃ers and coaches to have returned positive results will 🥀stay in isolation until making a complete recovery.
Mayank is the only pl🌌ayer toও have been added to the ODI squad.
The West Indies tour of India is scheduled to start on Sunday, February 6, with a three-game ODI series. The 50-overs leg will be followed by a T20I series betw൲een February 16 and 20.
