South Africa defeated India in the second ODI by seven wickets at Boland Park in Paarl to clinch the series ꦅon Friday.
Batting first, India posted 287/6 in their allotted 50 overs, thanks to splendid knocks by Rishabh Pant and KL Rahul. The star wicketkeeper-batter smashed𒐪 85 from 71 deliveries with the h⛎elp of 12 boundaries, including a couple of sixes.

Malan and De Kock formed a match-winning stand of 132 runs for✱ the opening wicket before Thakur broke the partnership by removing the Proteas wicket💦keeper for 78 off 66 balls.
However, Malan kept on scoring runs and didn’t allow India to capitalise. He stitched a crucial 80-run stand for the second wicket with captain Temba Bavuma (35) before𒀰 getting out for a well-made 91 from 108 deliveries.
