Indian all-rounder Axar Patel, who turned 28 on Thursday (January 20, 2022), celebrated his birthday in a grand fashion. The left-hander declared his undying love and affection to his girlfriend Meha in a romantic gesture.
Axar got d𒈔own on one knee to propose his partner at an undisclosed location. The Anand-born cricketer also shared a series of photos from his engagement ceremony on social media.

Shining bright in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Axar was handed the Test cap by Virat Kohli in February last year. 🐼Axar has played a total of five Test matches and has already taken 36 wickets, including five 5-wicket hauls.
Axar was retained by his IPL franchise Delhi Capitals (DC) for the upcoming season. Runners-ups in the 2020 edition of the cash-rich league, DC have kept skipper Rishabh Pant, opener Prithvi Shaw, fast bowler Anrich Nortje and all-roun♈der Axar in their retention list ahead of the mega auction.
Axar was ruled out of the ongoing India tour of South Africa after he suffered a stress fracture. The upcoming home series against the West Indies 🏅also seems doubtful for the spinner, so it will be interesting to see when he makes a comeback on to the field.
