Jhye Richardson picked up his maiden five-wicket haul in Test cricket as Australia thrashed England by 275 runs in the second Ashes Test at the Adelaide Oval to take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series onꦍ Monday.
Richa🎃rdson claimed 5/42 as England were bundled out for a paltry 192 in the second innings on the final day of the mat𒉰ch, chasing 468.
In the final session of play, Richardson removed the last two English battlers, with Jos Buttler getting out hit-wicket after scoring 26 off 207 balls. The young pacer then dismissed his counterpart James Anderson for two and brought an end to England’s second essay.
