Pakistan opening batters Abid Ali and Abdullah Shafique smashed individual half-centuries to help visitors register an eight-wicket victory over Bangladesh in the first Test in Chattogram.
Bangladesh scored 157/10 and gave the target of 203 runs in the second innings, which was easily gunned down by Pakistan. Ali scored 91 off 148 balls, and Shafique ꦫmade 73 off 129 balls to En route Pak🎃istan to victory.

Taijul co🃏ntinued thrashing the batting line-up of the visitors and restricted them to 286/10. Taijul outstanding balling cꦚlinched him a seven-wicket haul for Bangladesh.
In the second innings, Bangladesh were bowled out for a total of 157 runs. Again, Das played a promising knock and scored a half-century for his team. Rest batting line surrendered in front of Pakistan’s pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi. He took a five-wicket hau🌌l with an economy of 2.10 for Pakistan.
Abid Ali was adjudged as the ‘Player of the Ma😼tch’ award for his ou☂tstanding performance.
