The 13th season of the Indian Premier L🐻eague (IPL) is still a month away, but the buzz around the most awaited T20 tournament has picked up the pace.
The popular 🌱messaging app, WhatsApp, is flooded with IPL 2020 full schedule, dates and matchᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ timings.
On Monday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) received the central government’s formal approval to conduct this year’s IPL in the UAE, as confirmed by IPL Chairman Brijesh Patel.
IPL 2020 will be a 53-day event, and on ten of the days, doubleh🐲eaders will be scheduled. On the day when two matches will be played in a day, the first game will start at 3.30 pm and the second match will be scheduled at 7.30 pm.
All the matches will be played from September 19 to November 10 in three cities of the UAE – Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
According to the viral forwarded WhatsApp message, the opening match of IPL 2020 will be played between defending champion Mumbai Indians and last year’s runner-up Chennai Super Kings on September 19 from 7:30 pm (IST) onwards. Though, the authenticity of this complete time-table being an official schedule is yet to be established.
