Indian speedster S. Sreesanth has revealed his all𝐆-time favourite India XI in a recent interview with Wion. Sreesanth has been facing a seven-year ban for spot-fixing charges which will finally terminate onඣ September 13 this year.
The 37-year old is working hard to secure his place for Kerala in the 2020-21�🐼� Ranji Trophy season, and he is hopeful about an international comeback too.
In the recent interview, Sreesanth opened up about a lot of things including his mental health, tumultuous past, how he is spending time at home, and picked up an exciting all-time🐓 playing XI for all formats.
The Kerala-born pac🦄er had twice been a part of the World Cup-winning squad, and he shares a camaraderie wi𒁃th some of the finest Indian cricketers of the modern era.
He was full of praise for Suresh Raina and said that the southpaw “deserves a lot more appreciation.”
Instead of present captain Virat Kohli, Sreesanth chose Rohit Sharma as the main leader of his team in T20Is. “And with all due respect to Virat, Rohit will captain in T20s and Kohli can take the captain’s band in all other formats,” he said,
The reliable pair of꧂ Rohit and Shikhar Dhaw🎃an was picked as an opening batsman with Kohli at his natural No.3 position.
For the much-debated No.4 position, Sreesanth picked the explosive batsman Raina while KL Rahul was chosen as the fifth batsman in the pꦑecking order.
Sreesanth went for Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja as the team’s all-rounder. On the bowling front, he selected Jasprit Bumrah and backed himself as the second fast bowler in the team. Kuldeep Yadav was preferred as a lone spinner.
