Australian cricketer Ben Cutting and Erin Holland have been in a relationship for over four years now. They got engaged last year in May and were planning to tie♍ the knot in June 2020 but the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted their plan.
However, the virus didn’t stop them from investing in the real estate market in Sydney.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the couple has reportedly paid over $1.2million for a two-bedroom apartment in Sydney’s Coogee.
Cutting is an Australian all-rounder who plies his trade for Brisbane Heat in the Big Bash League (BBL). He has also featured in Indian Premier League (IPL), playing for franchises like Mumbai Indians (MI) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
On the other hand, Erin is a renowned beauty queen who was c🌳rowned Miss World Australia in 2013. She also holds a degree in classical singing from Sydney Conservatorium of Music.
“We were always looking to enter the Sydney market at some point this year and were happy to invest during COVID while there was less competition,” Erin told the publication.
“Between Ben and myself this will be the fifth property in our portfolio and were are always looking to add to that,’ Erin said of their first property purchase as a couple.”
Their latest acquisition isꦏ located at a walking distance from Coogee Beach, perfect for the beach lovers that Erin claims they both have been sin♏ce their childhood.
“We are both beach kids at heart, me being from Cairns and Ben spending plenty of his childhood at Burleigh ☂Beach,” she remarked.
The couple’s investment in Sydney came after Cutting sold his luxurious villa in Brisbane last year for $1.06 million.
