Danielle Swart, the wife of former South African skipper AB de Villiers, on Tuesday posted a picture of her bump and seemed ecstatic to welcome their third child. “Hello baby girl,” Danielle captioned the post confirming the news on Instagram.
Soon after she posted the picture, Bollywood actress and wife of Team India captain Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma wished the couple and was happy to hear the good news. “Congratulations Danielle & AB. Such good news,” she commented on the post wishing AB and Danielle.
Meanwhile, De Villiers was slated to feature for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the cash-rich Indian Premier League (IPL), which has been postponed for an ‘indefinite’ period due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
However, the Proteas star will be seen playing a 3TC match organised by Cricket South Africa (CSA) on July 18. He would be leading AB’s Eagles team with the national players like Aiden Markram, Lungi Ngidi, Andile Phehlukwayo and Rassie van der Dussen among others in the side.
Quinton de Kock and Kagiso Rabada will be leading the other two teams, namely Quinny’s Kites and KG’s Kingfishers, respectively. It is entirely a new format for the fans to experience and it remains to be seen how it pans out.
