Much like his persona, MS Dhoni’s retirement and comeback in the Indian team has turned out to be quite the enigma.
Since India’s heartbreaking loss at Old-Trafford in the semi-finals of the 2019 OཧDI World Cup, Dho𒈔ni has not featured in a single competitive match.
As soon as he was gearing up for the thirteenth edition of the India𝓀n Premier Leagueꦉ (IPL), tragedy struck as an unprecedented pandemic scenario hit the world.
The tournament was crucial for MSD, looking at his contention for the upcoming 2020 T20 World Cup. His form would be one of the bases for selectors to send Dཧhoni for his final World Cup campaign in his gli﷽ttering career.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, however, the entire cricketing fraternity has been brought ꧒in social media with players inteꦇracting with each other on Instagram Live sessions.
During one of those interactions, Chahal was a🌠sked about the place who would want to visit in his imagination.
In a jiffy, Chahal replied by saying he would like to visitไ𒀰 Ranchi to meet his beloved teammate, MS Dhoni.
On Wednesday, Dhoni’s wife, Sakshi, went live on Instagram. In the video stream, Dhoni was seen playing with daughter Ziva and his pet dog.
's back…quite literally so! 😊 VC:

To which, Chahal replied by posting an emotional comment, saying ‘Thala’ his nickname at Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Dhoni, from behind the stumps has been responsible for the rise of Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav in white-ball cricket. The Indian talisman🀅, even after stepping down as captain, was heard commanding his troops, setting the plans and fields for the bowler.
Much like his vast army o𒐪f fans, even Chahal certainly misses Mahi in the field, which remains valid through his recent pre𝓡sence on social media.
