Former India captain MS Dhoni was supposed to join Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for the 13th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL), but due to COVID-19, the Board of Control for Cri🍰cket in India (BCCI) was forced to postpone the IPL 2020 for an indefinite time.
In the൩ meantime, just like the rest of cricketers, Dhoni too is spending time with his family, and recently gave a glimpse of his loveable relationship with his daughter Ziva.
Dhoni took Ziva for a bike ride inside his elegant farmhouse situated in Ranchi. MSD’s wife Sakshi shared a video on Sunday in which Ziva can be seen joining her father and sitting behind Dhoni on the bike. Sakshi posted the video on Instagram and gave fans a sight to see how Dhoni’s farmhouse looks from inside.

The decorated wicket-keeper batsman was last seen playing for India in the semi-final game of 2019 World Cup against New Zealand. Dhoni’s fans were hoping to see him coming back in the field in IPL but the season was suspended due to Coronavirus pandemic.
Earlier, India coach Ravi Shastri gave hints about Dhoni’s comeback to the national team for the 2020 T20 World Cup scheduled to be played later this year in Australia but said that his IPL performance would be the parameter of his selection.
Now since there is no hope of IPL at present, Dhoni fans across the globe would be feeling a disappointment as this year’s cash-rich league could be an excellent opportunity for the former skipper to come back in form and don the blue jersey again.
Dhoni has so far played 538 international games for Team India and accumulated 17,266 runs. Known as ‘Mahi’ amongst his fans, Dhoni has 829 dismissals to his name in international circuit with 634 catches and 195 stumpings. He is the third wicket-keeper in the history of the game to have that many dismissals in the account after Mark Boucher (998) and Adam Gilchrist (905).
