The lockdown in India which was extended until May 3 to control the spread of the ෴novel coronavirus has given cricketers a break from their🌌 busy schedules. From household chores to chat sessions with fellow teammates, Indian cricketers are keeping themselves busy while staying indoors during the lockdown.
Rohit Sharma is spending the time with wife Ritika and daughter Samaira at his home in Mumbai. In the video shared by Mumbai Indians (MI) on 🎉their Twitter handle, the MI skipper can be seen starting the day with a cup of health drink before moving on to do some indoor training.
After th🐷e workout session, Rohit enjoys a cup of hot beverage from his balcony.
Rohit then goes on to play a board game with daught🐷er Samaira as wife Ritika watches on. It was then followed by another round of workout sessions wherein Samair🌳a joins him.
Hitman even does a few household chores, which includes washing clothes, before joining his wife in the kitchen. As the video ends, Rohit and Ritika can be seen watching the popular television show Friends in their living room.

Rohit was set to lead MI in the IPL 2020. However, due to the extension of lockdown in the country, the possibility of the cash-rich league looks bleak. The BCCI has suspended the IPL 2020 ‘until further notice’ to battle the pandemic.
A few days ago, Rohit had also interacted with Yuzvendra Chahal where he had revealed thaဣt household chores have now become an integral part of his life.
“I am trying my best to do household chores. I was talking to Kevin Pietersen about this. He messaged me at 12, I replied at 1:30. He asked me what was keeping me busy for one and a half hours during a lockdown. I told him I was cleaning the house,” Rohit had said.
“We don’t get such chances, and I am learning how to get it done. This has become my fitness (routine) now. Running behind Samaira in the house,” he had added.
