Later, coming in to bat at No. 3 in the first over itself while chasing a 139-run target, Kaif scored a well-calculated 46 🏅(45) with the help of four fours and a six.
All-rounder Irfan Pathan, meanwhile, sealed victory for India in the penultimate over after scoring 57 not off 31 balls.
