In the first ODI of the three-match series between Australia and New Zealand at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), vaꦍrious unusual scenes took p😼lace as the game was played behind closed doors in the wake of threat possessed by coronavirus.

While the outbreak of COVID-19 has had a stellar impact on major sporting events, this international cricket match became the first one to be played in an empty s🌟tadium.

After the Black Caps pacer Lockie Ferguson was caught in search of the ball in the stands, the second innings saw Australia♎ all-rounder Ashton Agar performing a similar act.

The incident occurred on the third delivery of the 24th over when New Zealand’s James Neesham hit a flat six off Steve Smith. With the ball hitting one of the chairs, it rolled back into the walking area of the stands. Not aware of the same, Agar was soon accompanied by reserve Aussie players who all started looking for the ball.

Finally, it was someone f🍷rom the security who fജound the ball.

Meanwhile, chasing a 259-run target, the hosts bundled out the Kiwis for just 187 in 41 overs and registeಞred 🍒a comprehensive 71-run victory.
