Chasing 144, Africa Legends lost 4 wickets with just 44 on the board in the ninth over. However, then Jonty Rhodes and Albie Morkel joined hands and took their side over the line. The duo added an unbeꦡaten 104-run stand to open account of the South African team in the league of legends.

Earlier, West Indies Legends posted 143-8 in their allotted 20 overs. Opening pꦚair of Daren Ganga and Shivnarine Chanderpaul started well and added a crucial 48-run stand before Paul Harris dismissed Chanderpaul (21).
Harris showed his spin magic again and got the set batsman Ganga (31), followed by the big fish Brian Lara (4) as the Windies were reduced to 66-3 in 10.3 overs. Then Ricardo Powell and Danza Hyatt added a vital 36-run stand to take the team’s score post 100.
