South Africa skipper Quinton de Kock was short of words following his sides’ 97-run loss to Australia in the third and final T20I at Newlands in Cape Town on Wednesday.
The Aussies clinched the three-match T20I series 2-1, handing th♒e Proteas two massive😼 defeats in the process.
In the series decider, South Africa had the mammoth total of 194 to chase after QDK won the toss and elecꦿted to field first but w🔥ere dismissed for a paltry 96 inside 16 overs.
Australia all-rounderꩵ Ashton Agar (3/16) and pacer Mitchell Starc (3/23) shared six wickets between them.

Following the embarrassing defeat, De Kock was baffled by the Proteas’ performance and admitted that he needs to have an honest conversation.
“To be honest, I’m not too sure. It was just another blowout,” the stunned South Africa captain told reporters in Cape Town.
“It wasn’t good enough doing it twice in one series, but we’ve got to have a good look at ourselves and ask some honest questions.
“In this series, we played one decent game, and then obviously the other two are just a disappointment. It’s not really the way we want to go about things,” added QDK.
The two teams will now face off in the three-match ODI series with the first game ൲scheduled at the Boland Park in Paarl ꦜon Saturday, February 29.
