Rajasthan Royals will play two of their seven home matches o𝔉f the thirteenth edi🃏tion of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati.
Earlier, the Jaipur-baღsed franchise requested the IPL Governing Council (IPL GC) to move all their home matches to a different venue.
The franchises were unhappy about the basic facilities and amenities provided by Rajasthan Cricket Association’s premier stadium.
A💎lso, the mode of conveꦓyance was another issue that spectators faced post-late-night ends to the T20 matches.
However, the IPL GC did not allow all the🐻ir matches to be shifted to Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati, but only two ♓of their seven matches.
The Royals took to their Twitter account to break the news to their followers on Thursday. Also, they announced their complete sche🦄dule of the upcoming season of the cash-rich league.
“The Royals are bringing the IPL to the Northeast for the very first time, expanding cricket’s footprint in the region. Smiling face with heart-shaped eyes, See you in April, Guwahati!,” the double R’s posted on Twitter.
