England skipper Heather Knight slammed the first century in the ongoing women’s T20 World Cup to win their second game in the competition against Thailand. She scored an unbeaten 66-balls 108 to guide England to post a massive score of 176-2 in 20 overs.

In reply, the Thailand team could only post 78 runs in their allotted 20 overs for seven wickets. Openeꦅr Nattakan Chantam (32) scored maximum runs for her side. Middle-orde🃏r batter Naruemol Chaiwai remained unbeaten on 19.
For England, Anya Shrubsole claimed ꦰa maximum of ﷽three wickets, while all-rounder Sciver grabbed two. Spinner Sophie Ecclestone bagged one wicket.

Thailand will now play against South Africa on Friday (Feb 28) at Canberra, while England w♛ill face Pakistan on the same day at that venue.
