Yuvraj Singh welcomes Leo Carter in ‘six sixes’ club with a Tom & Jerry photo

Just a few days back, a left-handed batsman naming Leo Carter registered his name in record book after smashing six sixes in an over during New Zealand’s Super Smash T20 League.

In the 22nd match of the tournament between Canterbury Kings and Northern Knights, Carter ripped apart Knights’ bowler Anton Devcich, sending every delivery over the ropes.

The blistering knock reminded cricket lovers of India’s former middle-order batsman Yuvraj Singh who also showcased similar stuff in the first edition of the T20 World Cup against England in 2007 at Kingsmead.

Yuvraj go𝔉t involved in a heated exchange of words with former all-rounder Andrew Flintoff during that match. This verbal spat pumped up the Punjab-born star, and it w🐻as Stuart Broad, who bore the anger after getting hit for six consecutive sixes.

Yuvraj has now reacted to Carter’s incredible knock. The former India all-rounder took to Twitter and shared his views. He welcomed the New Zealander to the ‘six sixes’ club.

“Welcome Leo Carter to the six sixes club! That was some epic hitting, now please sign your jersey and give it to Devcich as a mark of respect,” tweeted Yuvraj.
